To avail the discounted call & SMS rates mentioned above, both party-A & party-B need to be a part of this community (i.e. caller/sender and receiver must be subscribed to this offer)
Calls & SMS to customers not subscribed to this offer will be charged as per package plan
Offer will be recursive and will be automatically subscribed after exact 24 hours
Moving to any other Jazba package will not have any impact on customer’s subscription or discounted rates
If a subscribed customer moves to a package other than Jazba where this offer is not available, the offer will be immediately detached & the customer won’t be able to avail the discounted rates any longer. Moreover, re-subscription will not be triggered
Also, as soon as the customer unsubscribes the offer by dialing *888*4#, discounted rates will not be available any longer. Similarly, if party-B customer unsubscribes the offer, calls & SMS will be charged as per base tariff
Multiple subscriptions will not be allowed. Customers will have to un-subscribe first, only then they can subscribe to the offer again
In case of low balance at the time of re-subscription, offer will go into ‘Suspension’ with a grace period of 30 days. If a customer is in suspension state for 30 days, offer will be un-subscribed
