How would I know, if I am the winner?

The winners will be notified by Telenor Customer Care representative through calls made from 347 and will be informed on the same call about the prize handover process. Calls from any other number about the campaign are fraudulent calls and Telenor will not bear any responsibility for any damages/claims and be held harmless against such negligent/fraudulent misconduct/misrepresentation by any third party.

Terms & Conditions

• This is a 30 day campaign starting on 29th January 2013 and ending on 28th February 2013.
• Offer is applicable to Talkshawk customers.
• This offer does not apply to International roaming or calls to IVRs/machines.
• Customer entries in lucky draw will be based on number of calls made. 1 eligible call will result in 1 entry in lucky draw. Therefore, more calls will result in higher number of entries for the customer.
• Customer will be charged for all eligible calls for the campaign as per subscribed price plan/bundle offer.
• Daily call count will expire at day end and weekly call count will expire at week end.
• This promotion only applies to all peer to peer successful calls and not IVR/Peer to machine calls or calls made on international roaming.
• Daily winners will win Rs.500,000 & weekly winners will win Rs.1,000,000 subject to the discretion of Telenor, with a total number of 30 daily and 4 weekly prizes.
• All applicable taxes will be deducted from winning amount prior to prize hand over to customer.
• A Talkshawk subscriber can win at most 1 prize (either daily or weekly) during the campaign period.
